Pete Doherty's fans have an odd way of showing their affection!

The druggie rocker played a gig at the Tonhalle in Munich, Germany on Saturday night. After the show, an exhausted-looking Doperty took some time to greet fans outside the venue from the dressing rooms.

One overzealous person, though, decided to take home an extra special souvenir!

A shirtless and sweaty Petey looked like he was passing a stone as a fan ripped off a bandage he had on his hand.

So gross!

Doperty soon recovered from his ordeal, though, and he began throwing cookies to the assembled crowd before leaving.

He's such a giver. And his fans love to take!
